Yes, Phiramii Designs is open to a wide range of styles as long as clear references are provided. Please note that hand-drawn thumbnails are not currently available.

Terms of Service

1. General:

  • By commissioning me, you agree to these terms.

  • I have the right to decline any request if I am not comfortable with it.

  • Prices may change depending on complexity, but I’ll always let you know first.

5. Usage Rights:

  • You may use the artwork for personal or commercial purposes at no additional cost.

  • You cannot:
    - Claim it as your own work.
    - Resell, redistribute, or heavily modify it.

  • I may post the finished artwork on my portfolio or social media.

2. Payment:

  • Payment is either 100% upfront or 50% upfront and 50% before post-FX work begins.

  • Tax must be covered for robux payments.

  • No refunds once I have started working.

  • All payments are non-refundable

  • Once payment is made, the order cannot be cancelled.

  • I will send you updates so you can see the progress.

  • Small changes are free (e.g., color adjustments or minor fixes).

  • Major changes (like a full redesign) may include extra charges.

  • Please provide clear details before I start to avoid delays or misunderstandings.

  • Please be respectful and clear when communicating with me. Failure to do so may result in cancellation.

  • If you are inactive for 3 days without notice, I may pause or cancel the commission.

4. Delivery:

  • Average delivery time is 1-3 days for cartoony styles (4-5 days if I'm busy) and 2-7 days for realism, depending on my schedule. If you have a deadline in mind, feel free to discuss it with me beforehand.

  • Rush fee is not available

  • Final files will be delivered digitally via email (PNG only; PSD/source files are not included).
